Xerox Phaser 8500

This fixya.com is a nice little site, I'm getting advice on how to fix our Xerox Phaser 8500, we're getting Error 07,010.43:93504

It means that the head is stuck and can't move. I haven't gotten physical access to the printer yet. (edit 549) Permalink
