I've been testing some of the differences between Microsoft Word XP and OpenOffice.org.

My experience though is that with htm files like this one OpenOffice screws it up a bit. The borders are all changed in these tables, and the paragraph spacing is all weird. Each paragraph has a full space below it. Blogs I have tried this before, doing blogs, logs, whatever. I never keep doing them. I am already thinking of a new way to do this one, using asp or php or something combined with a database. I think that would be fun.. But I do not have time.

Today I must get ready for the training tomorrow. I want to set up a new Linux workstation, but I don't think I'll have time to do that, to do both. I'm not sure how the training will work tomorrow, it may be better if I do it in groups of 2 or 3 in this office. I can use one of my monitors in a low resolution so everyone can see what I'm doing. I should probably make some notes ahead of time so they can review them if they want to.
